This is the time it takes us to receive product from our trusted overseas vendors. In addition, this time allows for strict quality control. We test all our products ensuring they meet our quality standard. If there are any issues regarding quality of the hair after our quality control vetting, in most cases, we will replace the product.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder, if you have not received your e-mail.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. Hair extension cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer.

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. Under certain circumstances, refunds can be made. We vet every product, however, under certain circumstances; we have a strict quality control.
